​Jeffrey P. Hardy, Director-General

Jeff Hardy is the Director-General of the Transnational Alliance to Combat Illicit Trade, where he manages a unique multi-sector business approach to mitigating illicit trade worldwide. Before joining TRACIT, he served as the Director of the International Chamber of Commerce’s Business Action to Stop Counterfeiting and Piracy (BASCAP), where he united the global business community to fight illicit trade in the forms of trademark counterfeiting and copyright piracy. He also directed the ICC G20 CEO Advisory Group, where he coordinated international business priorities on the G20 policy agenda related to trade, investment and anti-corruption. Jeff has long been an advocate for open and fair trade, and to achieve these goals he mobilizes expertise from companies and business organizations.

Stefano Betti, Deputy Director-General

Stefano Betti is TRACIT's Deputy Director General. He is a recognized expert on international security and criminal policy, Associate Fellow at the International Institute for Strategic Studies and a senior consultant to several UN entities, including the United Nations Office of Counter-Terrorism and the World Bank. Before joining TRACIT, he served as Senior Counsel in INTERPOL’s Office of Legal Affairs, where he led the organization’s legal program on illicit trade. He has also held positions at the European Parliament Secretariat, the UN Interregional Crime and Justice Research Institute (UNICRI), and the UN Office on Drugs and Crime (UNODC). At UNODC, he advised governments worldwide on implementing international treaties against terrorism, corruption, and organized crime. Stefano holds a Master's degree in EU Studies: EU Policy-Making from the London School of Economics, an honors diploma from the University of Montpellier, and a Law degree from the University of Milan. He is fluent in English, French, Spanish, and Italian, he has published widely in leading international journals.

Suriya Padmanaabhan, Director of Programs ​

​Suriya Prabha Padmanaaban is TRACIT's Director of Programs, where she is responsible for developing policy measures and spearheading advocacy efforts with national governments and intergovernmental organizations including the UN agencies, ASEAN and the OECD.  ​Before joining TRACIT, she was a policy advisor for the International Chamber of Commerce in Paris. As a consultant, Suriya has worked with a portfolio of clients to strengthen the enforcement of IP rights. She holds an LL.M. in Intellectual Property and Technology Law from the National University of Singapore and is admitted to the All India Bar. She is fluent in English, French, Tamil, Kannada and Hindi.

Ulrika Bonnier, Director of Programs

Dr. Ulrika Bonnier is an international policy expert on corruption, illicit trade and human trafficking. At TRACIT, Ulrika heads up the work program against forced labor, child labor and human trafficking. She is the author of several books on anti-corruption and public sector integrity issues, including Trafficking in Persons and Corruption: Breaking the Chain, published by the OECD. Prior to TRACIT, Ulrika worked for OECD’s Directorate for Public Governance and Territorial Development, where she advised governments on policy development and implementation in the areas of public sector integrity, anti-corruption and illicit trade. Ulrika holds a PhD in Political Science from Northeastern University, a Master degree in Economics and a Master degree in Business Administration from Uppsala University.

Pierre Gregoire, Head of Communications

Pierre Gregoire is Head of Communications at TRACIT, where he is responsible for content development and strategic messaging across TRACIT’s initiatives. He brings experience as a strategy consultant for businesses in France and Asia, with a focus on cross-border collaboration and policy communication. Pierre holds a degree in Intellectual Property Law from Université Pierre-Mendès-France (UPMF) in Grenoble, France.

Jane Clark, Head of Business Development

Jane Clark is Head of Business Development at TRACIT, where she is responsible for managing the organization's global events portfolio, project sponsorships and membership relations. Jane has over 20 years' experience across private, public, and non-profit sectors, specializing in operations management, finance, stakeholder engagement and external relations.

Ashley Dahl, Head of External Relations

Ashley Dahl is Head of External Relations at TRACIT, where she leads global stakeholder engagement and forges strategic partnerships. Prior to joining TRACIT, she worked for UNESCO’s Bureau of Strategic Planning, where she advanced private sector collaboration and developed donor engagement strategies. She also taught undergraduate courses in global governance and diplomacy as an Adjunct Professor at the Institut Catholique de Paris. She holds a Master's Degree in International Relations from the American Graduate School in Paris, along with a certificate in NGO Management. She also holds a certificate in American Diplomacy from the Washington International Diplomacy Academy.

Kayleen Hardy, Head of Design and Graphic Arts

Kayleen Hardy is Head of Design at TRACIT, where she developed TRACIT’s corporate identity and creates all of the organization's principal designs and graphic products. Kayleen has 25 years of professional design and marketing experience, and she holds a BFA in Graphic Design from Iowa State University.

Ana Linda Solano, Senior Policy Adviser

Ana Linda Solano is TRACIT's Senior Policy Advisor. She specializes in criminal policy and major crime investigations, where she also serves as the lead expert for the gender dimension of drug trafficking and human trafficking under the European Union’s COPOLAD III Programme and the Ibero-American Association of Public Prosecutors (AIAMP). She has also contributed to the “Women and Corruption” initiative of the EUROsociAL+ Programme and supports UNODC and the Latin American Network of Anti-Trafficking Prosecutors in the development of a compendium on corruption as a facilitating factor in human trafficking. Previously, she served as Colombia’s National Coordinator for the Counter-Narcotics Strategy with the United States. At the Office of the Attorney General of Colombia, she was the Director of Specialized Judicial Police Units. She holds a Master’s Degree in Legal Sciences from Pompeu Fabra University (Spain), where she was a Carolina Foundation fellow. Ana Linda has also pursued advanced studies in Gender, Society, and Public Policy at FLACSO Argentina and is a member of the Global Initiative Against Transnational Organized Crime.

Briana Walker, Research Associate

Briana Walker is a Research Associate at TRACIT, specializing in country assessments and evidence-based research.  Briana holds a Master’s degree in Defence, Development, and Diplomacy from Durham University and a Bachelor’s degree in Politics and International Relations from Newcastle University, equipping her with a robust academic foundation and interdisciplinary expertise. Before joining TRACIT, she honed her research and investigative skills as an intelligence analyst intern at U.S. Central Command (USCENTCOM).

Ryan Rothermel, Research Associate

Ryan Rothermel is a Research Associate at TRACIT, specializing in intellectual property rights and international legislative frameworks. Ryan holds an LLM in Solicitors' Practice from the University of Kent and is progressing toward qualification as a solicitor in the United Kingdom.

Yasmin Aspinall, Research Associate

Yasmin Aspinall is a Research Associate at TRACIT. Yasmin holds an LLB in Law from the University of Southampton, where she developed strong analytical and research skills, reflected in her dissertation assessing consumer protection from counterfeit goods. Prior to TRACIT, Yasmin gained legal experience reviewing commercial contracts at a global telecommunications firm.

Magali Lombardo is the Marketing Associate at TRACIT, supporting the organization's marketing, communications, events and business development initiatives. Magali is an international marketing and PR professional with over seven years of experience leading communication, branding, and event strategies across Europe, the Americas, and the Middle East.
