Louis Bonnier, Director of ProgramsLouis Bonnier is an experienced public policy specialist and international business advocate. Through his work at TRACIT, Louis supports the international business community in working collectively across industry sectors to develop, promote and share mitigation tactics common to all forms of illicit trade. This includes providing strategic policy advice to private sector stakeholders and decision-makers in the areas of Intellectual Property (IP) protection and illicit trade. He is also the principal author of several TRACIT reports, including “Inflation, product affordability, and illicit trade: Spotlight on Turkiye” and “Organized Crime, Corruption and Illicit Trade: Spotlight on South Africa”, and co-author of TRACIT’s report “Mapping the Impact of Illicit Trade on the UN Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs)”. Prior to joining TRACIT, he served as Senior Policy Adviser to the International Chamber of Commerce’s Business Action to Stop Counterfeit and Piracy (BASCAP) and the ICC G20 CEO Advisory Group. In this role he advised multinational companies on engagement with key global governance bodies, including G20, BRICS, WTO, WCO, ASEAN and OECD, on matters of international trade policy, anti-corruption and Intellectual Property (IP) protection and enforcement. Louis holds a Master degree in Law from Stockholm University.

Ulrika Bonnier, Director of ProgramsDr. Ulrika Bonnier is an international policy expert on corruption, illicit trade and human trafficking. At TRACIT, Ulrika heads up the work program against forced labor, child labor and human trafficking. She is the author of several books on anti-corruption and public sector integrity issues, including Trafficking in Persons and Corruption: Breaking the Chain, published by the OECD. A selection of her recent TRACIT reports include: The Human Cost of Illicit Trade: Exposing demand for forced labor in the dark corners of the economy; Mapping the Impact of Illicit Trade on the Sustainable Development Goals; and The Link Between Illicit Trade and Sovereign Credit Ratings. Ulrika joined TRACIT from the OECD’s Directorate for Public Governance and Territorial Development, where she advised governments on policy development and implementation in the areas of public sector integrity, anti-corruption and illicit trade. Ulrika holds a PhD in Political Science from Northeastern University, a Master degree in Economics and a Master degree in Business Administration from Uppsala University.

Cecilia Tyynelä, Director of Business Development and PartnershipsCecilia Tyynelä is an experienced professional with over 15 years in macroeconomic research, strategic leadership, and commercial operations. As TRACIT’s Director of Business Development & Partnerships, she leverages her expertise to support organizations in achieving their strategic goals across various industries. Prior to joining TRACIT, Cecilia focused on helping organizations navigate global market expansion, enhance commercial strategies, and improve operational efficiency. With extensive and complex commercial experience and strong relationship management skills, she has successfully built and maintained strategic partnerships that drive long-term business success. Her expertise includes global market analysis, competitor insights, and the development of business strategies, particularly for organizations aiming to expand their global footprint. Cecilia is adept at fostering client relationships, ensuring that business strategies align with client needs and market dynamics. Cecilia holds a Bachelor’s degree in Economics and Finance from Stockholm University.

Cynthia H. Braddon, Head of Communications and Public PolicyCynthia H. Braddon has been actively leading communications and advocacy campaigns on trade and investment issues for decades. As President of the Braddon Group, she provides a variety of strategic communications support for corporate and trade association clients.
Prior to forming the Braddon Group in 2016, she was Vice President of International Affairs for S&P Global (formerly McGraw Hill Financial), where she focused on global trade issues, addressing access barriers for foreign markets, developing relationships with business and government leaders globally, and promoting S&P Global worldwide. She continues to work closely with former Chairman, President and CEO Terry McGraw, supporting his leadership positions on trade and foreign markets, including his roles as Chairman of the International Chamber of Commerce (ICC) Research Foundation, Chairman of the U.S. Council for International Business (USCIB), and Chairman of U.S. President Trump’s Advisory Committee for Trade Policy and Negotiations. From 1992 to 2013, Cindy was Vice President of Global Government Affairs for The McGraw-Hill Companies, where she advanced its legislative/regulatory agenda in Washington and abroad on key issues including digital content, e-commerce policy, intellectual property protection, credit ratings and financial benchmarks, education, privacy and trade policy. Cindy has held leadership positions fora number of industry associations and coalitions including the USCIB, ICC, US-India Business Council, US-China Business Council, ICC G20 CEO Advisory Group, Business-20 Trade and Investment Task Force, Business Roundtable’s Washington Representatives, and the Board of the Software and Information Industry Association. Cindy serves on the Board of the USCIB, the Board of USCIB’s Foundation, is a member of the YWCA-NYC Academy of Women Leaders Advisory Council, and is an Ambassador for the ICC’s World Business Women.
