TRACIT is a member of The Business and Industry Advisory Committee to the OECD (BIAC) Associate Experts Group (AEG). Established in 1962, BIAC stands for policies that enable businesses of all sizes to contribute to growth, economic development, and societal prosperity. Through BIAC, national business and employers federations and their members provide and receive expertise via our participation with the OECD and governments promoting competitive economies and better business. The AEG is the formal structure for supra-national business organizations that that engage regularly in BIAC’s policy work. More information can be found at www.biac.org​

TRACIT is a member of the ILO Global Business Network Forced Labour (GBNFL), an umbrella network of networks offering a forum for collaboration convened by the International Labour Organization (ILO) where business and business networks come together behind a common objective of leveraging comparative advantages and collective action towards the elimination of forced labour and human trafficking. More information can be found at flbusiness.network

TRACIT is a proud participant of the United Nations Global Compact - the world's largest corporate responsibility initiative. As a participant in the UN Global Compact, TRACIT commits to:
  • Support the Ten Principles of the UN Global Compact with respect to human rights, labour, environment and anti-corruption;
  • Advance these principles within TRACIT’s sphere of influence, and make a clear statement of this commitment to our stakeholders and the general public;
  • Take part in the activities of the UN Global Compact; and
  • Communicate every two years with our stakeholders on our engagement in the Global Compact and our efforts to support the ten principles, and post this Communication on Engagement on the UN Global Compact website.

TRACIT was honored to receive ad hoc Observer Status at the 14th session of the Advisory Committee on Enforcement (ACE) meeting 2-4 September 2019. Observer Status presents a valuable opportunity for TRACIT to amplify the dialogue on the importance of protecting Intellectual Property Rights (IPRs), which is crucial to maximize the value of human creativity and innovation, safeguard the health of consumers, promote economic development and deploy modern technologies. TRACIT is a member of the Buy Safe America Coalition, a diverse group of responsible retailers, consumer groups, manufacturers, intellectual property advocates and law enforcement officials who support efforts at all levels of government to protect consumers and communities from the sale of counterfeit and stolen goods. The coalition supports legislation that requires online marketplaces to collect and verify basic information of third parties who sell products on their platforms. Visit the Coalition here.

TRACIT supports the annual Business 20, or B20 process. The B20 represents the business community across all G20 member states and industry sectors. B20 seeks to support the G20 in developing approaches and policies to address the global challenges and priorities defined by the G20 countries. During the 2020 Saudi Arabia B20 cycle, TRACIT will actively participate and share its expertise with the Integrity & Compliance Taskforce and Trade & Investment Taskforce, allowing us to engage with our partners and new stakeholders on the threat of illicit trade to G20 economies.
